Our Story
A family business, carried forward by the Ritters.
Brett-Lynn Farms has been a family-run honey business since the beginning. In 2025, the Ritter family took over, led by beekeeper Markus Ritter — who first fell in love with bees as a boy in Germany. Today the family hand-bottles every jar at our shop in Saint Andrews and supplies honey and honey-based goods to local shops across the region.
