Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item, and to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, if an item is out of stock or its price was listed in error.
Orders & Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your payment is complete.
Shipping
We currently ship within Canada only, at a flat rate shown at checkout. If you're interested in a bulk or wholesale order, please contact us directly to arrange pricing and shipping.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product illustrations — belongs to Brett-Lynn Farms and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided as described, without additional warranties beyond those required by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brett-Lynn Farms is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or this website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
